Get Away and Conference.
Melissa Hon 20/11/2017 20:37As a previous employee and stock holder of Marriott I write this to warn others and encourage management to investigate. We stayed on the 8th floor, although friends on floor 5 had a similar experience. The walls between rooms are PAPER thin. We could hear everything in the room next door - we were in room 822 but felt like we were sharing a room with the other couple. I could even hear the man snore,yawn and both sides of a cell conversation. So uncomfortable! After the first night we should have moved locations because we ended up with 2 nights of very little rest. We tried to mask the conversation with music and pandora from the TV and were wishing for once the HVAC fan was loud but it was super quiet. While you renovate the place may want to put foam insulated panels up. The employees here seem on the ball and the hotel is lovely just in need of some TLC as all properties do after years of strong occupancy.

Pretty nice, especially for category 4
UA787on 25/10/2017 04:44I had a free certificate for a category 1-4 Marriott property and since this was a good stopping point on the road for Christmas vacation. The hotel was clean and the staff very welcoming. I get lounge access and theirs was better appointed than I was expecting. The oatmeal was on point.
The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the bathroom design--those transparent bathroom doors are the pits! I had to shower in the dark because all the light form the bathroom was keeping the baby awake.
Why is Marriott installing these everywhere?!

GiGitoBon 22/10/2017 23:41As expected, this Marriott lived up to the reputation of the Marriott name. What set this hotel apart for me, was the customer service. I cannot compliment their staff enough for how accommodating they were to meet the needs of my business schedule. Because of my schedule, I had several meals in their restaurant and all were very good. Highly recommend this hotel.

bmoytoon 19/10/2017 14:12so, I book a room with two double beds on 10/1 through Expedia. I called them on 10/18 to ask about getting a rollaway bed.
The person who answered said I was scheduled to be in a King room. I told them that would not work, considering my boyfriend, myself, my 15 year old son and my boyfriend's 9 year old daughter will be sharing a room.
I asked them to please understand the situation and give me double room. they said they had none and there is nothing I can do about it because I went through Expedia to book and there were no guarantee on rooms. I was practically in tears, trying to explain the situation. After speaking with front desk staff, manager of front desk and general manager of the property, I was pretty much told I was out of luck. Out of 200 rooms, they couldn't help me switch? I worked in a hotel for 3 years and we would have never acted the way they did. VERY disappointing.
