My husband works out of town and stays here when he's in the area. We stayed a week with him. It's very quiet and nobody bothers you. The hotel is older so you don't expect it to be as nice as it is on the inside. Staff were great! Pillows suck! I will warn you the elevator/s were absolutely disgusting! The floors aren't too bad but could use some cleaning. Parking is terrible. Water gets hot which is unusual for a hotel! But all in all it's a decent hotel with good rates.

We stayed for 4 days 3 nights.. no problems.. front desk was excellent. We had air conditioning, microwave, refridgerator. We spent more time in the room than working and me and my brother knocked out hard. We appreciated the stay and recommend this hotel... Oh yea I forgot they do have breakfast and choices for it. Thanks again.

I was in a real hard way. Staying room to room with friends. This one black boy chick was singing a negro spiritual like they do and I wanted to say shut up. But she smiled at me when she saw me. Came to see how I was and not just my room. She knew I needed something. She told me she was a couple head house keeper but she cleaned my room perfect. Like a scrub looking for a raise 😉. But he was genuinely interested in helping me.
The rooms are old but clean. Maintenance never came to help the chick struggling to push a cart. The guy chick fixed it.Many people pass me by and never speak. I don't like the hotel but I will be back if I ever need a pick me up. It's homey and quiet but needs maintenance. Front desk was nice. Even the little laundry chick pushing loads of Nasty laundry smiled. Awesome vibe here.

The location of this place is great. It is close to everything, especially downtown Midland. The room was clean and they allow pets. The pet fee is a non-refundable $50 which is basically adding $50 to your final bill so it is more of a built in price.

Housekeeping services are MIA. Stayed 4 nights and had to make 2 requests for clean towels. Hallways and elevators are filthy. Be early for breakfast because there is no one to replenish basics like juice. Front desk staff is friendly but ineffective.
