I am staying for the second time at this hotel and enjoyed the comfort of a superior room.
The hotel is very well located and connected to the subway network.
The réception is amicable and helpful.
A good value for money.

Arriving quite late the kitchen was still able to fix me a good vegan salad. That and a bottle of proper suedish IPA, I felt really good. And you really should see the old elevator, it's really wicked!
Now in the morning the sun is shining. :)

This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in Stockholm. It is close to the University of Stockholm and many embassies. After staying at one of the Clarions here and a Radisson in Uppsala, which have a lot to offer, this was a pleasant change. Although it is not quite as precisional in the way that the rooms amenities are constructed, It has a sauna and a fitness center, and the buffet breakfast is superb. It is actually better executed than the Clarion's or the Radisson. There is also a quaint restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating.
My wife and I are American, and we enjoyed the fact that there were few Americans staying here. Lots of northern Europeans, British, some Asians, and people from Latin America. It was a pleasant ethnic mix.
The staff is very courteous and polite, as is everyone in Stockholm for that matter.
The tranquil neighborhhod (Ostermalm) is extremely safe, and is where normal, relatively affluent, working people in Stockholm live and shop. The environment is a real plus if you are tired of typical city center hotels and are looking for something low key and real.

The hotel was well located for our purpose of stay - visiting KTH. but from hotel's name and 4stars class we were expecting more.
We thought that the room was not very clean- found a few long dark hair on the floor and in the bed. The room was very average but was quite OK for us.the bed was good to sleep on and the size is good for two (plus a baby).
The breakfast is great!! You get everything you need (our want... except fried eggs, our I just didn't find them). Staff left mixed feelings, we had interactions with 2 staff members, one was polite but indifferent and the other was polite and very engaged.
Overall a good hotel for one night but I would choose another option if it was my family vacation trip.

It was wonderful to be welcomed back for another stay. Everyone was friendly and even seemed to be happy to see me again....kind of like we were old friends who hadn't seen each other in a while. And did I mention their rewards program? Worth joining.
