Very nice "design" hotel with breathtaking views from the roof terrace.
It is very well located and you can easily reach all the historic centre from here.
Afternoon/Evening reception very nice. Spacious room and "arty" style everywhere.

I loved everything about this hotel. It felt more like a 4 stars. Rooms are very modern, and staff are friendly. Parking is also available (Ask Hotel for location beforehand). All essential amenities were found (AC, Safe, Fridge, Hairdryer). Highly recommendable.

Booked two twin rooms for 3 nights as a city break. Two adults and two kids. Part of 2 week holiday.
The position of the hotel was attractive as it was on the doorstep of the centre with all attractions. Parking close by at a discounted underground car park.
Staff were very good and helpful.
We ended up on with two ground floor rooms. Plumbing and drainage not great so suggest upper floor rooms only. Hotel bar a bit dissapointing but has great roof top views. Losing it's glitter a little. OK for a very short stay.

Really liked this hotel, bowler hats in the foyer are really cool and the roof garden has great views. We didn't book breakfast as other reviews slated it and I can see why, breakfast was 2 rolls with ham in, worst breakfast in a hotel I have ever seen. Luckily we didn't book it and went to Rey Fernando on the Main Street which was awesome, much cheaper and great food.
The hotel room was nice, big as there was 3 of us and very clean, staff helpful but would not recommend the ground floor as it was noisy and staff hoovering early in the morning.
Well worth the visit. I would have given 5 out of 5 if the breakfast was good.

The shower was really open so a lot of water had poured out the floor, pretty much flooding the bathroom floor and leaking out the carpet. Be very careful when using the shower.
It was also really dark in the room, no real natural lighting and not much artificial lighting ... honestly don't even know why they bothered with those lights .. would rather it no light. Pretty sure this is where I lost a couple of items because it was so dark and I could not see what I was packing.
The wifi signal was horrible.
The hotel was conveniently located and had a bus stop right outside that took you to the Alhambra.
