Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel at all. From the initial offering of a free glass of Port in the hotel bar, to the sharp, clean, modernist rooms, to the voluminous and wonderful breakfast buffet down in the basement, it could not have been a better value for the money. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. At one point I thought it was odd that the elevator was so small, but then I found out that was the case *everywhere* along the Camino. Plus, you get used to it. I would recommend it to anyone spending a few days in Porto.

Good hotel near city center to walk around and "explore" all the sights. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good. I would stay there again. You will have to pay for a parking lot nearby. Get a stamp from the hotel then its cheaper.

Stayed for 3 nights as part of a two centre break. Easy access for Airport and train station as excellent location adjacent to a main hub metro station (Trindade) but also easy walking to central Porto. All metro tickets are machine sales only but staff on hand at major stations to help. Hotel Reception friendly and helpful. Local cafes and small restaurants easy to find. Also, adjacent to the town hall en route down hilln there is a a tourist information office as well as a supermarket in the commercial centre . The breakfast buffet is excellent and varied including lovely membrillo and manchego and custard tarts. Facilities in room very good. - fridge, tea & coffee making. However would agree with previous comments that the pillows are exceptionally hard .! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Conveniently situated on the road across from Trindade station. Steep walk downhill from the hotel quickly levels out. The Metro will take you to Sao Bentos, about halfway towards the river or there are buses nearby.
Staff on Reception efficient and helpful. A voucher for a welcome glass of port from the bar which opens at 5pm. The decor of the hotel is modern.
We had a room for 3 on floor 9. The lift only goes to 8 (we weren't sure if this was temporary as a notice said there was work going on during the day, but we never heard it) so we had to carry our cases up to the top floor. This, plus the soundproofing isn't good so we could hear the neighbour's talking and their tv, is the reason for only 4 stars from me.
Breakfast was varied and plentiful. 3 ladies work hard to keep the tables cleared at busy times.
I would recommend this hotel.

We very much enjoyed our short stay at this comfortable hotel. The location is great, reasonably quiet but close enough to the centre and the attractions on offer in Porto.
Our room was quirky with the bed positioned in the middle of the room! However, it was extremely comfortable, was spotlessly clean and had a very good bathroom too.
Customer service by the staff was first class too. We were advised on parking and the recommended restaurant was superb. All in all we had a short but very enjoyable stay. We will definitely return to Porto and will certainly stay at this hotel when we do.
