This hotel had very helpful staff. It was maybe a 10-15 min walk to downtown. There were a lot of bars and restaurants near by including under the hotel which did cause some noise at night. Parking was available on the street but you have to pay during week days.

So, this hotel is rated as 2* .... we'll I think it is definitely more than this!! Yes it's noisy on a night and it is not 5* luxury but it is the perfect hotel for an adult stay in Dublin! The staff (particularly Valentino!) are so so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. It's on the bus route into town so no walking if you don't want... ! Plenty of lovely shops and eateries on the strip... I would definitely stay here again without children!!

When we checked in, the front desk person was nice. Room was clean, but very small and had only 2 outlets - none useable in bath. No conditioner or soap- just shampoo. The shock was at night when the light from the club below projected so bright we could not get our room dark even with shades closed and door to bath closed. The music below was so loud we could hear it until 4am - even through ear plugs. The floor even vibrated from the sound and action. How they can rent this room - for nearly $400 a night - let alone for a quarter that price - is beyond me. Simply not acceptable as a family unit. We stayed elsewhere the rest of our stay in Dublin. Please only book if you plan to be out all night!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It is located in a cool area, with a great walk into Dublin city center (about 20 minutes). Tons of unique restaurants and places are found along the walk.
One negative was being in a room with no windows. We had a ceiling pane that let light in but also had lots of birds hanging out on it. The pub below plays loud music on Friday and Saturday. Being on the third floor, we did not hear the music, but could feel the vibrations while trying to sleep.
If you are prepared for a little noise at night, then this is a great place to stay.

Booked in a hurry via a website; I picked the best deal combined with proximity to my ultimate destination.
The room is absolutely fine. Clean, functional and suited my needs. Lovely pub below which doubles up as the breakfast bar in the morning.
Friendly and down to earth staff.
A great location, a little off the track but still easily accessible to the centre of town. Loved it and would definitely stay here again.
