A lovely B&B within walking distance of downtown La Paz. From what we saw undoubtedly the best accommodation in the area. We had a junior suite on the top floor with fantastic sea views. A very spacious room with easy access to a number of verandas to sit and enjoy the sunset. Our room had a fridge with a small selection of beer, wine and cold drinks. We topped this up with a visit to a local supermarket as the hotel doesn't have a bar.
Breakfast was good, lovely fruit followed by an egg selection. Not a vast choice but good quality.
The building decoration is lovely. It's like staying in a beautiful family home. Overall very much enjoyed our stay here.

very friendly staff, great rooms with very classy fittings and art, up graded us to a junior suite for nix, fantastic breakfasts. It is at the quiet end of town so not at all noisy and right on the water; loving it

We chose La Posada because we prefer smaller boutique hotels and we were not disappointed. It was elegant, while not formal or stuffy. The location was also attractive. It was on the malecon and our room had a wonderful view; it was in a quiet area on the outskirts, but within an easy walk of everything. The full breakfast (included) was served on the patio and was excellent. The furnishings throughout the hotel were stunning -- lots of wood, tile and pottery. We hope to try La Posada in Loreto next year.

We loved everything about the hotel. Its location on the Malecon (the promenade along the sea), the marvelous views, our room (immaculate, large and tastefully decorated), common areas from a terrace to a beautiful living room!!! We are glad that the owners made an effort to show off the traditional Mexican and colonial furniture, art and pottery.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. And there was Lino, the friendliest cat we've ever met, who sat with us on the sofa while we were reading or checked on us in our room when we left the door open.
VERY highly recommended.

This beautiful little hotel is about a mile east of the center of the Malecon in La Paz. Everything was first class from the balcony with the great view to the rooms and great beds. Staff was excellent and the free breakfast was complete with coffee, beverages, fruit, breads, and eggs prepared as you like served by a 1st class staff. Right across the street from swimming in the ocean, with a pool/Jacuzzi. Far enough from the center of action to be quiet, yet close enough for a pleasant walk down the Malecon.
