I picked this hotel for the feeling from the pictures, and it has a 100% Old World Mexican Vibe, which I just loved. The staff were wonderful and since I stayed there 9 days, I got to know most of them. This hotel is located perfectly, right on the main square and an easy walk to anywhere in town. I didn't know that the pool was on the roof, and it has a look through from the lobby floor. As the Sun shines through the water it creates a wonderful display in the lobby. I am definitely coming back with my grown kids. If you love Mexico, you will love this place.

We travel to Loreto 4 to 5 times a year with friends. We visit this hotel for massages (independantly owned boutique within hotel) but would never stay in or recommend hotel. The staff is very unaccommodating. We haved asked several times on different visits to see the rooms and pool. We have always been refused. We no longer ask- our group simply stays elsewhere.
We will continue to frequent the spa- very nice and friendly- also an excellent value.

Fully loved our stay for a week over Easter. The hotel is beautifully preserved and decorated to add to the charm of staying right in the centre of town. The staff were always friendly and attentive. The only recommendation we have would be to offer breakfast options rather than a fixed menu. A special stay nonetheless.

Really nice hotel in the center of Loreto. Rooms are decorated nicely in Mexican style and good firm beds. Friendly staff, great rooftop glass bottom pool above the lobby. Breakfast is included and wifi is working properly in the room.

This is a lovely hotel on the central plaza and everyone treated us well and we think it was too expensive for the amenities it lacked. It is hard to explain because nothing was amiss however the price implies more. Third floor, no elevator. No internet in the rooms. Still we loved the experience once we adjusted our expectations and we WOULD go back absolutely.
