I am very pleased with the front office & housekeeping staff and not to mention f&b . who were very helpful. some notable mentions were Mr Prem and Sanjay. their service was excellent.rooms are neat and clean housekeeping service were up to mark.

Hotel is under 'renovation' so the entire machinery is out of gear. The staff is trained to ignore customer's needs.
The advertisement on the WEB attracted me to this hotel, to my dismey I did't find the hotel even 30% of the AD.
The location is bad, hotel is far away from CBD
My experience began with a room having foul smell, when complained the attender said he would get ;room freshener' sprayed after initial reluctance of accepting foul smell in the room; I got the room changed with help of front desk, In the second room, the toilet was stained & Shower was not working, my complain went on def ears, second day I had to put a fight and get another room temporarily for shower,
WiFi did't work

Good location not so far from Airport and Railway station, Rooms were very neat and clean corridor and surrounding were also maintained properly good ambience around. Food and Breakfast was good, good staff at service. Only little improvement what I would suggest is the Room Service it has to be efficient and quick..Only problem which I faced was Wifi was not working.

A midsize Mall located on Kalawad Road. Surrounded by fast food / traditional street food vendors, perhaps D Mart located at lower ground floor is the major purpose for people to come to this mall. Parking is also a concern

Hotel is really good, the service is also really good of this place, staff is friendly, located next to jaddus restaurant ( ravindra jadeja), even mc Donald's is walking distance. I came here on a business trip to stay overnight, I got a late check in also , they also accept American express cards
