Personeel is excellent. Helpfull, good information and friendly. Rooms are small and you hear the footsteps of people walking outside and om the first floor. Breakfest is very sober. Everything is clean.

Always clean and tidy, well managed and functional.
The bonus in Arles is its position for that 2/3 night visit to the Camargue area.
Not a place to sit in but great if you spend the whole day exploring the area.

Wanted a cheap place to stay, and if you don't mind a rather worn room it is ok for the money.
It is situated out side the town so a vehicle is needed if you want to get in to see the sights.
My room 4 the door showed signs of being forced open at some stage.
My worst thing is that it had a shower curtain that looked like it been there a while, very unhygienic.
The good point is the shower was good temperature and pressure and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was an all bread affair, with no meats if cheese.

we booked for a three day stay but we resisted only two, we run away after the second night. The price was good, wi-fi connection and parking too, but the room was very very dirty and bad smelling! ... we asked to change the bed covers and pillows covers due to strange spots on them...Every day we had to ask for the towels to the receptionist...the bathroom was very small. I will never return in this structure. farewell

In general this is a good alternative but this time the price was at the high end and the two bed side lamps were broken - a bit more attention needed. Ans as always in France could someone tell the Hotel and Restraurant association that it is 2016 and that plastic mugs wrapped in plasttic is absurde!
