louiel874on 15/06/2017 10:03The hotel was located closely to our family in San Pedro so that it was easy to be picked up during our 5 day stay. We attending a wedding on Friday that lasted all night. We were able to sleep soundly to continue our daily gatherings with our family. We look forward to return again soon.

Perfect fit for a business trip
pd0rmanon 05/06/2017 21:35I would like to highlight how it is appreciated the people at the reception desk, I believe in my case it was Mr Santiago, with the assistance to arrange a local taxi for a ride to one of our business contacts.
I expect everyone can imagine what a challenge that might be of you are not familiair in the area while travelling.

lildinoon 31/05/2017 01:34The room was the Jr Suite, which is what I normally get. I am not a fan of hardwood floors, and these were what I expected. I picked up a lot of dust from the floor when walking barefoot, so I wasn't please with that. Everything else was pretty good. The HVAC is controlled by the hotel. Don't let the thermostat fool you. When it's hot out, you could be too.
Good place to stay for business travel - great location!
greg0ryallenpon 30/05/2017 13:52I've stayed at this hotel on several trips to Monterrey area on business. It's a great location, close to the mall and many good restaurants. Rooms are nice - try to get a room with balcony to enjoy the weather.

Heidi Pon 17/05/2017 18:15This hotel is in great location, close to restaurants and entertainment and the customer service is great the only negative is that the rooms feel old , it needs a little updating, not bad but could be better
