That was an excellent staying, the bedroom was amazing, clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable staying. The bathroom is very clean and with a good space. All the employees are very polite.

A great location and nice comfortable studio let down by poor maintenance. You can complain as you wish, the staff are pleasant and promise to take care of your complaint, then nothing! There was an infestation of small flies mainly in the bathroom which I complained about daily for 4 days and nothing was done whatsoever! Not even a whiff of insecticide. Nothing. No apology, no explanation, total apathy. The place is also in dire need of upgrade eg crockery and cutlery and definitely the very tired sofa bed. So some concern and some TLC would greatly improve a place with great potential.

we stay for once or two a year, already for several years, and we have always been fine. The staff is helpful and the location is perfect for visiting the city and shopping. We love London and will come back very soon

Brilliant location and lovely safe area. Clean and spacious. A bit tired and well worn but ideal for a short stay in central London. Staff are lovely, professional and friendly. Tesco next door, Boots a few doors down. Loads of lovely cafes & restaurants and brilliant shopping a couple of streets away. Recommend it.

Presidential Apartments is a nice hotel rooms are big and very clean staff are nice and always smiling LOCATION is great close to The Marble Arch and Oxford Street and Hyde park how likes shopping this hotel is perfect for him.
