There was a mixup with our reservation and the hotel CHARGED US for the mixup and refused a refund even though we did not even stay there, when THEY mixed it up. Plus, when we called to discuss it, they were extremely rude and unhelpful.

Stayed here when we were in town for some hockey. We had stayed at this hotel several years ago and at that time, I didn't have too many positive comments. But seeing on the website that they had done some remodeling, I thought why not give it a chance...and for $65 per night, it was worth the chance. Walked in the door and everything smelled so clean and fresh. Super friendly front desk staff. Staff was busy unboxing brand new microwaves and fridges so I thought, wow the remodeling is real. Quick checkin and we headed to our room. Passed my cleanliness inspection with flying colors. The beds....I haven't slept that good in months. Pillows....amazing. Towels were average but adequate. All staff members we came in contact with were super friendly and were working hard. Breakfast was just donuts, coffee and hot chocolate but more than adequate. Huge tv, which my kids loved. Pool was good although paint peeling on ceiling but looking at the rest of the hotel, I'm sure it will be improved soon as well. One of the few hotels I've stayed at that the garbage cans in the entry ways wasn't overflowing. Appreciate the attention to detail and look forward to spending time at Prime Rate again soon. Keep up the good work!!

You definitely get what you pay for. Not dirty, but not clean. I definitely feel like I need a shower. If all you want is a place to sleep, fine. A/C is outdated and didn't run at all. If you need moving air at night, better bring a fan. Walls are paper thin and staff was completely unprofessional. Meh. I won't be back.

The pictures look better online then the motel is in person. It was very dirty. No screen on the 2nd floor window. The jets in the hot tub did not work. Very friendly staff. We will not be visiting this location again.

It was a nice room for the price would go back when time comes not much for handicap bathroom but did the trick nice location for different things to do mall casino shopping site seeing close to food or drink in the area
