Friendly professional service from all staff.
Generous bedroom and comfortable bed. Good access to Via Veneto and easy walking to the Steps.
The bar can be quiet but it is comfortable.
Good security, close to taxi rank.

The hotel was a little bit out of the centre but this meant it was in a quieter area which we liked. It was 10-15 min walk to the centre which wasn't too bad for us.
The room was lovely and big the bathroom needs updating. The hand held shower switched on even when you wanted to use the tap which made a mess. I asked for this to be fixed and it never was. The room was quiet and we were on an upper floor as requested.
The pool was great. One day in the afternoon we had it to ourself and it was a little bit of heaven.
Overall it was a great hotel in a quiet area to explore a very busy city.

I spent 3 nights in this hotel. Our stay was very comfortable and the location was great and a 10 minutes walking distance from the city centre. The food is excellent and there is a well equipped gym and indoor swimming pool. The house keeping and room service is excellent. The hotel is secure and staff are very deligent and helpful

very comfortable hotel in a good location close to Via Veneto. The rooms are clean and big and was very comfortable. The shower was big and clean . The stuff was very friendly and useful. The breakfast is very basic and the hotel could offer the customers a nice omelet with no extra charge Had a very nice stay and defiantly will return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and staff were excellent. Great location. The rooms are spacious and very elegant. Location is very convenient. We walked all over Rome from this hotel. We loved Rome and the Rose Garden added to our experience.
