It would be an understatement to say that our stay (group of 2 people) was pleasurable at Privilege Guest House. It was absolutely fantastic. Being a budget accommodation, I initially had very low expectations before entering the property. But the hospitality and warmth that Mr. Fearooz Ahmad Baktoo (or Fearooz bhai as we would call him) and his family showed us took our Kashmir experience to another level. A very sensitive and caring set of hosts, they took care of our meal preferences (veg/non-veg, quantity, a variety of food), our travel, and site-seeing as well as all the authentic Kashmiri shopping that we were looking for. Extremely honest and welcoming, Fearooz bhai made us feel as if we were his own family members, even regaling us with stories of his childhood and family. At every step our interest was kept in mind. The rooms and accommodation were clean, and very close to the Nigeen lake, in a quiet and close-knit locality. Would definitely stay again next time I visit Srinagar.

I had a satisfactory experience during my stay in may 2017.Nice rooms with budget price and value for money.Great food both veg and non veg.i must thank with the owner Mr.farooz he helped more and his hospitality so good.i feel like in my home.nice man.he taking care of my family safe and enjoyable.

i visited on 18th November 2015, with my family, its situated at lonely and quite place near nagina lake, the serenity and view is breath taking, and you can enjoy more if you are introvert, you will get full cooperation and zero disturbance by the owner and staff,

I visited this place along with my friends and have stayed there for about 4 days. We never felt like we were on a vacation...it was simply awesome and a feel at home place. If I had an option I would give 100 stars to FEROZ for his hospitality and company. Besides taking care of the tour, these guys were too caring and was @service 24/7. Whenev I visit kashmir the next time...I bet I will not think of any other place. Thanks a lot @feroz:) c u soon.

This was the best guest house, I have stayed till date.
Owner Mr. Farooz is very helpful n friendly. He was wonderful in hospitality and affection. Rooms were very clean and our trip became momrable.
Mr. Farooz himself took us to gulmarg, pahalgam etx. He was like an elder brother and helped us a lot.
I will rate it 10 out of 10
