This is probably one of the worst places I've ever stayed at. Definitely not a 3 star!
My room was extremely noisy, my floor creaked, and the floor upstairs creaked as well so I basically heard all the movements from upstairs. Also there's some sort of chilling area right outside my window which also meant that I heard everything from outside.
In addition, my room did not lock, there was a special way of locking that clearly housekeeping didn't know about because I found it unlocked several times.
This room just seemed like a makeshift room that had just been repainted and redone.
These are just some of the minor issues I had with the hotel, I would definitely NOT recommend it

I had a wonderful time with my family and friends at Imperial Hotel. Their family rooms are big and spacious and came at very affordable prices. Their staff members treated us with courtesy and a big smiles. I must also mention they assisted us in putting our decor for the baby shower, which was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for leisure or business trips.

Great place in the middle of town. We had 3 night in between Christmas and New Year and it was very quiet. Very much s business hotel. Clean and helpful staff and good parking. Food was slow but not bad one arrived.

We stopped over in this historic city and hotel of the colonial times. Which is well maintained. The rooms were clean and neat. The beds were very comfortable . Nicely situated in central town and museums if you are interested in them. The service was good

The staff are friendly. The room is very cosy, comfortable bed, clean linen. Price is right. Stayed for a night had breakfast buffet, they should offer an ala carte menu as well. Can stay there again.
