There is no place like Fisher Island since I remember I we live there we always love it is the perfect place to be in your vacation lovely and private island with all the amenities we need you don't need to go out of the island for nothing you can relax perfectly there without worries is the place to be

A lovely place, stayed in a cottage, which was lovely, however, a little loud being right by what I believe were large kitchen ventilation fans. The cottage was tastefully renovated and clean and had a gear little hot tub outdoors. We loved visiting the birds at the aviary and the beach service was wonderful.

On my way to key west I stayed at the
Fisher island club where I picked up boat to key west. Omar (best hotel every man ever) picked me up at the ferry dock took me through this island residence paradise. Small luxurious 15 room hotel spectacular in every way. Total and complete privacy with downtown Miami and south beach across the channel. This is Florida's best kept secret. Food and amenities abound in this ultra private preserve. Wish I could have stayed longer like a month!!!

This is a germ only 10'min from downtown Miami. You need to take a ferry boat to reach the island (2 min distance) and once you are there its a complete relaxing feeling. Its like you took a plane and left Miami but on the other hand is so close to everything.
The service of the hotel is excellent. There are many sport activities to do (eg.tennis, golf). We loved the fact that we get our own cart to explore the island. The rooms are spacious and quite. We will definitely re-visit.

My wife and I had 2 nights in a courtyard villa with private jacuzzi, Villa Capri. It's hard to believe that busy chaotic Miami is so close. The hotel is fantastic, very high standards. The 7 minute ferry takes you to the island retreat with only 15 rooms of suites. Staff were excellent, very accommodating. We ate at Porto Cuervo and Garwood Lounge, fantastic meal at both. Recommend Fisher Island without hesitation.
