I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is conveniently located between the Exhibition centre and a shopping mall. The shopping mall offers many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Also the night life district is just a short walk away.
The rooms are spacious and very clean. But the aircon is pretty annoying. The temperature outside was about 10°C. Inside my room it was 35°C when I arrived. I had to have the aircon constantly running which was located right above the bed. Furniture is very new. The hotel offers has a large gym, indoor and outdoor pools as well as golf facilities. I only used the gym. It is huge and all machines are in a good shape. Using the golf facilities costs extra.
Breakfast has a large enough selection of dishes and drinks. Unfortunately the coffee is of low quality.
Staff is nice.
Maybe it is not quite 5 stars. Maybe it is a bit expensive. But overall I would come back.

All the appearance is here, but overall considering the price and the service quality I do not think they deserve better than average. I'll tell you why, first the rooms are designed nicely to look but not practical useful. wood bath with liquid on the bottom, or showers that leak water in the toilet ground. Second the chinese restaurant service was really average, slow, no real attention. Then even I cancelled the room I think in good time and my company is a great customer of them they still charged 50% for...not being able to resale the room? Come-on..the hotel was not full at all. Beside this, The rooms are very quiet, congrats. And the gym very good and a great spa. Breakfast great and always at exact time in the morning. Perfect.

Just spent 4 nights there on business. The suites are nice but laid out differently. The bed was comfortable, the showers hot if needed. The view was great. Staff friendly and girls at the front desk quite pretty. If there is one issue it is that they did not seem to change anything from the morning/dinner buffets.

I was offered a Korean style room, the design of the room is very nice and original. However, there is only a very light window shade stopping before the end on the window. As the sunrise is about 6 am, it was impossible to sleep after 5:30. On the top of it, the AC is doing abnormal noise (clac-clac). To sum up, the staff of great and the hotel looks nice but if noise and light is a problem for you, you should stay away.

Good overall satisfaction for this hotel. Well located, clean and pretty recent.
Service is at the expected level at reception and lounge.
Rooms are large enough.
Negative points are:
- chairs and desk are not very comfortable for long working session
- no iron in the room and not sure to get one when you need it
