ayesha Gon 18/11/2017 08:28For the price we paid, we felt this resort was not worth it. The location and beach access was great. The breakfast spread was good. Another amazing feature was the swimming pool and cabanas on the sand where we could relax. However our room smelled musty and the bathroom was ok...it seemed old...so we did not feel it was good value for our money. The service was ok as well.

GourmandBCon 18/11/2017 07:26We enjoyed our two night stay at Pullman immensely. It’s a beautiful property with stunning beach frontage. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with very good authentic Viet noodle and food offerings. I loved the Happy Hour bar and drinks at sunset. Kids loved your artisanal (& expensive!) lobby ice cream. I didn’t rate you higher because 1) Shoddy workmanship, cracked tiles can be seen everywhere 2) Workmen were also evident everywhere 3) the floor I stayed on with two room booked had a powerful odour of paint or some sort of resin curing making the common area unpleasant 3) Hot water didn’t work in the morning 4) The ID is just too harsh - plain.
Lovely and Relaxing Stay
HappyTravelBug143on 17/11/2017 02:38I stayed at this resort with a friend for 2 nights and had a lovely time! The resort itself was huge and it was fun to stroll around and explore. The breakfast buffet had a big selection and food quality was good. Room was clean and well maintained. I really loved the outdoor shower in our room. The swimming pool and beach area was also very nice. Overall no complaints and I would definitely come stay again.

SherriffSon 11/11/2017 21:24Reclining on a sunny beachside deck chair after a few laps in the Pullman's sparkling pool, sipping on iced water the bar staff had thoughtfully brought over, I felt more serene than the Lady Buddha smiling down upon the resort from across the waters of Da Nang Bay. This is a beautifully serviced, maintained and positioned resort great for unwinding and relaxing.
My room was excellent: quiet and efficient air con, safe, assortment of excellent pillows (and a pillow menu in case those didn’t fit the bill), turn down service leaving gifts of nougat, a spacious balcony overlooking the pool, a large umbrella, bathrobes etc. The bathroom was lovely, separated from the room with a sliding door, with a large tub, good assortment of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, amenity kit), and strong hair dryer. Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained. Nice to see that there was sunscreen purchasable from the minibar area.
Pool area just fantastic. Plenty of deck chairs, around the pool and on the beach. There were some noisy children in the pool when I was there so the beach chairs were the pick for some peace and quiet. Pool was large enough to do laps in provided there aren’t too many people. Bar staff often came around offering juices and iced water. The cocktails were delicious and a good strength, although a little pricey outside happy hour. I also used the gym a few times and the equipment was state of the art, with cold water and oranges provided.
Above use of gym was mainly motivated by a buffet breakfast from heaven. Nothing was missing! Talented baristas offered a selection of coffees/teas, there was a juice/smoothie station, fresh fruit, cheese & meats, ice-cream, waffles, pancakes, an egg station, pho, breads, pastries, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, potatoes, frittata, noodles, rices, congees, dim sums… they had to roll me out of there. A great start to each day.
Staff spoke English well and were smiling and helpful – at check in, breakfast, the bar, and the concierge desk.
The only problem I encountered in my stay was when asking to borrow one of the hotel bikes for touring Da Nang – the bike that came out was a cheap and rickety thing with sticky gears and a few bolts clearly loose. The seat adjustment mechanism was broken. I took a taxi instead. Ah well, given my lack of coordination it was probably for the best!
A big thank you to the Pullman for an utterly delightful stay.
Paid $240 AUD per night for 3 nights in a ‘double superior’ room in Oct ’17.
I might not stay here again.

The breakfast buffet is not worth it.
I really like pullman hotels. but i wouldnt stay at pullman danang again.
Disappointing stay.
