Great stay here shame it was only one night, very quiet in the rooms but Reception and the Dining area very noisy - but it was busy and it looked like there was a private party on. Check in easy, very helpful staff, would definitely stay here again and can recommend, even though it could be quite expensive, I managed to get a good rate on the room which was even better. Didn't eat in the hotel as very pricey and there are lots and lots of restaurants, cafes etc nearby much cheaper. Great location for St Pancras trains.

Excellent hotel. Spacious room and very nice bathroom. A 5 minute walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras, I received a complimentary glass of fizz on arrival. I ate in the hotel and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.

Overall, this was a good stay for a 2-day conference: reasonably quick service at check-in, clean and nice room, good location, nothing to complain about, except .... the wireless LAN was not working - which can happen from time to time. BUT: (1) routers were on, devices connected to the router, so I tried several devices and spent 30 minutes before concluding there was something wrong, (2) when I asked at the reception, the staff knew about the issue but could not say when it will get fixed, (3) it wasn't fixed when a tried 6 hours later.

We had booked 6nights at Pullman for deluxe room .. being a Gold le Accor member, like every Accor hotel would have member upgrades.. this one offered none. More than that it looked like they dint want to offer one.
Room we stayed was higher floor room .. nice over looking room, that’s the best I can narrate my room. Rooms are neat but not Pullman standards. Location is a bit away, if you want to be in centre of attractions. Staff is not all warm and to my mind inexperienced.. they could settle my bill for 45 mins and had no clue how to unblock deposit and charge card. Room service has very limited options, neither this place has any good restaurant of its own. Very dull atmosphere overall
After long working day .. unlike other properties this hotel lacks warmth, pampering and guest comfort. London has many other properties at this price point. I would not recommend anyone .. unless you get a deal less than 100 pounds a night ..

Good location nearby two Euston & st Pancras station easy to go any where in London. Hotel is modern and staff is friendly. we were arrival at 09:30 early in the morning and lucky room is ready for us. we back again if in London next time.
