With a business meeting in town, we stayed at the Pullman for 2 nights in the Executive room, with access to the Executive Lounge.
Room was very comfortable, chocolates awaited us on arrival! Rocky Road, fresh honeycomb - Yummy! A bottle of water was gifted too.
Executive Lounge had great canapes and bottles of cool drink. The coffee machine gave better-than-average coffee too!
Breakfast on both days was great. All the usual buffet items - cook Yola gave us excellent omelettes and poached eggs. Coffee was served by Katherine - excellent customer service! Always a smile from both and anything they could do for us was done.
Would heartily recommend this establishment and will return again.

I stayed at the Pullman as there was a work conference and workshops at the hotel. The room i stayed in was great and was very quiet which was good. The breakfast was very extensive. At the conference they catered for Gluten Free options which was really good.
The hotel is near trams so you can get to St Kilda easily and also the city. After the conference i took the tram with luggage into the city. Staff were helpful.

Terrible experience, worst Accor Hotel ever!
Below was the status of my room:
- bedroom: used bandage on the floor
- bathroom: hair on the floor
- desk not clean
- bed not correctly done
- something was broken near the wall and could have been dangerous
- chocolate box with disgusting old mark on the top of the box
and more... I have pictures of everything and wish I could upload them!
How can someone miss a old bandage on the floor or hair in the bathroom?
This is unbelievable to find a room so dirty for an Accor hotel.

After four days conference and some meals and breaks, I found it too far away from city, which you should enjoy being in Melbourne, though the taxis are cheap, they need time because of the traffic. Tram is ok, but take its time too. The music in the place where you can sit and relax is too loud, and I do not like having my lunch standing, as there are to few tables and almost no chairs in the conference area.

I was attending a conference at the Pullman and had few minutes to spare before the first talk and was desperate for a coffee. I popped down to the cafe by the concierge to get a regular skinny latte. Not a hard order. Firstly the coffee was $6! Extremely expensive but I was in a rush so I paid it. Then there was a 15c charge for credit. I order but they didn't take my name or write down the order. I asked if they wanted my name but they said it was fine. But they clearly had no system of keeping track because after a while people who were served after me staarted getting their orders called out. I went up and asked what happened and they apologized and then make me the small sized coffee. After correcting them again they finally managed a regular skinny latte. The coffee was also pretty bad tasting. Disappointing for one of the most expensive coffees I've ever had. So listen Pullman, this is an easy fix. Lower your prices, don't charge a credit fee, get batter beans, train your staff and write the order and the name on the cup and put them in stack. Every cafe in Australia can make it work. Get your act together.
