Fully satisfied after week of wonderful vacation. Active program available around (mountains, spa, pool, sauna, sport). Perfect and tasteful cuisine in several themes (Cathrinia, Gala, Alpen-Adriatic). Comfortable enviroment with family tradition, friendly personal and warm aproach.

Best facility is a large, well equipped spa. All the rest is good and comfortable but does not deliver what one expects from a true five star hotel. No major failures, but the overall hotel is dull. I left the hotel a bit dissatisfied.

We took the romantic package and we were absolutely delighted.
A fantastic hotel, the perfect place for a romantic stay to relax.
Very clean with friendly delightful staff, most speak English.
The facilities are very good and are all immaculately clean and modern.
The food was also very good and of a high standard.
Well recommended for a romantic stay or a relaxing healthy week from the stresses and strains of life.
5 stars. And thanks to all the staff!!!

Young couple, just married... 4 days in this amazing complex, fully furnished with all kind of services to make our stay unforgettable. The room was worm, peaceful, with an amazing view on the mountains and ice-skiing around the place. Food is generous, healthy and traditional/local, from breakfast to lunch and dinner. The wellness center is very big, tea places everywhere. The staff is qualified and gentile. They really made our experience unique. We will go back with family for sure. I would recommend this place to everyone that wants to regain peace, enjoy life's wonders and great human resources and services! We loved it! Thank you...

Hotel pulverer
The hotel is in the village of Bad Kleinkirchheim. It is close to the road that runs through BKK, traffic noise at peak times can be heard from the hotel.
The hotel and bedrooms are clean and very hot. We opened the windows and outer door, turned our bedroom heating off and we were still hot. We did have an issue on our second day (Sunday) as our room was not serviced and had to advise the hotel three times. Housekeeping finally attended to it whilst we were at evening dinner. It would seem we had a renovated room with those on lowers floors being a little outdated.
Advertised as a no smoking hotel, guests were smoking in public areas which meant we did not sit in the lounge and bar areas.
We arrived on Saturday evening and the evening buffet dinner was very average. We were shown to a table in the corner of a room away from the main dining area on.our own. The food was very tired, a little dried out and was disappointing. We experienced the same, dried out and Luke warm food on the Sunday and Monday too. However the Gala night (Tuesday) was much better as the food fresher and hotter.
Many guests used mobiles phones loudly in the restaurant and some were on speaker phone which we found intrusive.
The spa facilities were good. The swimming pool a reasonable size and warm. However for three days the doors from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool became jammed open and the colder water of the outdoor pool infiltrated the indoor pool making it much cooler. Both jacuzzis (indoor and outdoor) need cosmetic (in need of decorative repair) and electrical attention (to get the power buttons to work).
The ski boot room is across the road from the hotel in a separate building. Individual lockable (via room key card) lockers provide heated storage for boots and skis. Ski passes can be purchased from reception but only paying by cash. Each ski lift station sells passes and accepts plastic cards. The nearest ski lift is a short and acceptable walk away, however the ski bus stops outside the door of the ski/boot room.
A variety of evening music is provided during dinner.
Although the owners did come round a couple of times during evening dinner, we felt that the staff didn't try to get to know us or engage with us in conversation
We enjoyed the quiet ski area, with plenty of snow to ski on and would possibly try BKK again, although the village lacks a certain charm of other Austrian villages as the main road running right through the village and doesn't have a central heart.
