This is a beautiful place, good service, and accommodations.
The amazing view it is totally breathtaking and we just want to start the morning with this scenario, we enjoy everything the fresh air, the animals, the lake, nature, the sky, the stars all of them simply and perfectly.
This is my husband's best birthday celebration.

This is a glass half full or half empty analysis. The room isn't bad but dated. Wifi slow (with lame excuses given for it). There isn't a microwave in the room but worse is the absence of air conditioning. There is a gas fireplace. Room gets worn. Pretty clean room, good TV service, no outlets for laptop, etc. at desk. Maintenance was responsive. All in all they do reasonably OK for what they have but it could and should be better. The restaurant has a very limited and pricey menu. I would stay here again but wouldn't in the summer.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The scenery is incredible. The room was great but we had no microwave. The restaurant is very limited for dinner selections. Lots of walking trails for the hikers. Not far from Jasper.

We spent two nights at the Pyramid Lake Resort. It was a beautiful setting and very nice. It is a good location for the start or finish of the trip through Jasper National Park. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was very obliging.

Very poor unhelpful reception . Decor is minimal and boring .bed is comfortable and all very clean but Noisy!!
Plumbing from upstairs is noisy . View of Lake is nice but I would not go back and would not recommend it. Much better places closer to town.
