We stayed here for two nights over a weekend. The hotel has obviously gone through a major refurbishment, but left many of the old structural items like window and doors, which are noticeable. Our bed sagged in the middle and the Air Conditioner was making strange buzzing all night. I mentioned these things to the duty manager the next day and after his investigation, he advised the middle bed leg was damaged and the air conditioning was faulty. We were given a new room and all was sorted our well. Overall the hotel is good, but many of the staff lack real enthusiasm or interest to assist guests. The restaurant was below standard, which I will cover in a separate review. There is no gym or pool, so some amenities are lacking. We could also hear the night club at 1am from our room on the 11th floor, which is concerning.

Great location with fantastic city views. Rooms are a bit smaller as it is an older style hotel but makes up for it with quirky style. Great bed. Very clean & comfortable. Good facilities on site. We were impressed with the restaurant and the bar seemed like a popular Friday after work drinking hole. Would def go back.

Stayed at QT for a three day conference on-site. Great location. First class facilities, modern refurbished rooms, friendly staff. Liked the political theme. Bars are spacious with access to an outdoor area. Restaurant prices are over the top, but thankfully better value coffee shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants are 10 minutes walk away.

This was a very trendy establishment. Decorated nicely although I dont know whether I agree with a picture of Kim Jung Ung on the wall amongst all the other world leaders at this present time. We stayed at QT because we went to a booked show which made it very convenient. The breakfast we enjoyed very much - everything was freshly prepared and tasty. My only complaint was the whirring noise coming from the lifts when we in bed in our room on the Saturday night. I wouldn't call it noise just a constant whirring movement of the lifts up and down. Maybe QT could look at insulating the lift movement even further for customer comfort?

Cheerful young staff. Overpriced but delicious breakfast buffet. Ridiculously priced restaurant. Great location, within walking distance of central district and university. The full set of stars goes to the “power panel”in the wall, a set of options including a 5V USB (for Apple devices). Helpful note: grocery store across the street, walking path to lake behind the hotel.
