The rooms were really cold, especially the bathroom lacking towel for feet. The beds were uncomfortable - especially the pillows were very bad. Breakfast was very stressful and not nice. The bar war ok, but the burger was really greasy. I cannot recommend this place at all.

I was there for a conference but the hotel is right on the waterfront so it's a nice place to stay. There are quiet a few restaurants in the are too if you want to go out. It's not on the city side but there is the water bus if you really want to go over there

After changing our room from small very small to a lovely big room we really enjoyed our stay at this 🏨 hotel. The breakfast was so wonderfull so much food ooh my dear. A dinner on 6th floor was also a nice experience.

Cleaning is very depending of persons.
Sometimes noise during the night often when there is a conference(people are making more noise when they drunk too much).
Breakfast is not anymore as a few years ago.

The Quality Hotel 11 is a good value for money hotel, located in a nice area in the west part of Gothenburg called Eriksberg, close to the sea, with a nice view. The design of the hotel is done so that the hotel looks like a boat. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are big with a small balcony and the breakfast is above average. I was there for a corporate event and the hotel is perfectly adapted to business travelers too.
