What People are saying

Nice hotel, great location

I had a two day stay for business great location. Next to QEW for easy access to Toronto direction or Niagara. I would definitely stay here again. Affordable and has a indoor pool. Not for me , but family friendly. Lists of restaurants within close proximity to hotel.

Good value and a pleasant stay

Visiting family locally and stayed here for three nights. A wonderfully comfortable bed and clean room with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. Decent breakfast. Pleasant staff. Would stay again and recommend.

Clean and friendly

We booked here last minute, and weren’t disappointed.
When we checked in we realized there were some hockey teams here. Being hockey parents ourselves we were a little nervous, but we had no issues with the team. They were very quiet.
The room was clean, and the beds comfortable. My only complaint was the doors aren’t super sound proof, so in the morning we could here people coming and going quite clearly. Knocks on doors sounded like our door was being knocked on.
The breakfast was good, lots of options.

No quality at this hotel

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel while visiting Burlington for the weekend and I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was human hair on the bathroom floor so it was clear our room was not vacuumed. When we went to go to bed and pulled back the covers we noticed other types of hair on our sheets. I called the front desk multiple times and could not get through. We decided to go down and speak to them in person and requested that someone come and change our bed. We were told due to lack of staff no one was available to come and change our bed, but they could provide us with new bed clothes and we could make the bed ourselves. Although they reduced the rate of our hotel due to this issue,I was not impressed to be remaking a king size bed after a long day of travelling. I will never stay at this location, or another Quality brand hotel in the future.

Great hotel

This hotel was great for the time I spent in the Burlington area. I was there on business for 3 weeks, and every morning there was a hot free breakfast which was very good. They offered eggs, sausage or bacon and some kind of potato (hash brown, or diced potatoes). They also had muffins, waffles, fruit and yogurt. Of course they also had cold cereal, coffee and juices.

The staff was always friendly and helpful during my stay. Any questions or concerns they were willing to help and find solutions to the issue.

The only downfall was the parking lot is shared with a restaurant, so around dinner time it was harder finding a parking spot, however having a back parking lot did help out with the congestion in the front lot.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was close to many restaurants and shopping and close to highway access.
