we arrived at the hotel and got our keys etc.We decided to go for a walk to find dinner etc.On our return there was music playing VERY loudly...went on to 11pm. ok I know thats not late but we were on a trip and had been travelling most of the day so bedtime came a bit early! Our friends in next room actually telephone the front desk but nothing happened. Next morning my husband confronted the guy(Stacey) on the desk and asked about the music. He replied it was the resident band and shrugged his shoulders!
Later in the day we met up with a lady in a Quality tshirt who said the music was from Shepherds next door and its always loud????????.Fortunately the next evening was quiet as many of our tour were leaving early the next day . Nice hotel in great place for the beach and pier and generally walking is very easy but trolley stop is right outside hotel.

Stayed October 2017. Room clean and tidy, close to local attractions and trolley service. Staff super friendly.
LOVED the 24/7 coffee in the foyer. I would definitely come back. Made this aussies trip one to remember. Thank You.

We stayed here before and had a nice stay on those occasions. Now some years later we discovered they made some changes/improvements. They used to have a large parking space (free of charge) between the hotel and the neighboring hotel, but now has been replaced by a Hampton Inn hotel. This tall building has been build quite close to the Quality hotel that it blocks the view of some rooms on that side and they charge you for valet parking (about $19 a day). Also they now charge you for the use of the beds and umbrellas on the beach (guests pay $20 a day). Both are not mentioned on their website and they don't show you the new hotel next door because they use outdated photo's. Also the beach bar has some nights with loud (live) music, This will be our last stay here, it's not the hotel anymore, we liked on our previous stays!

This is just a basic hotel but they are right on the water. They have a beach, pool, and tiki bar. They have an IHOP on site and share parking with the hotel next door. Clean and basic. They have free coffee and wi-fi!

Great little beach that you can use by staying at their sister hotel, the Coconuts Cove Suites. We rented 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas at the promised discounted rate. Great service by the staff member setting up the chairs and umbrellas, and also the food and beverage staff.
We have been here before, and enjoyed ourselves both times. We will be back again.
