It was my birthday so I wanted to stay in a hotel with a hot tub or Jacuzzi. I checked everyone and hotels were either sold out or the price was sky high. This hotel was very affordable. The staff was great and the room was fine. A little older, however, it was very durable. Bed and pillows were comfy. Free breakfast and noon check out. I definitely recommend this hotel.

This was my 3rd stay in 6 months. The hotel is in a nice area, right off I55. There are several good restaurants nearby and for a mile or so heading north on Rte 53.
Beds were good but the room had poop or something very nasty in the sink so they gave us a new room which was cleaner. They said they thought the sink was backed up and I did see maintenance working on it.
Pool was cloudy and had a lot of hair in it. Hot tub was cleaner.
Breakfast was okay, I've had better but what they had was good and they refilled until the end and made sure we had all we wanted before closing down.

After a very nice stay at a Quality Inn in Indian, decided to give this one a try. Stayed 11 May 2017. Not what I expected for the price I paid. Carpeting in the room was lacking a decent vacuuming, if vacuumed at all. Hair tie, lint, and tile dust was in the carpeting and on the bathroom floor. Paid extra for a jetted tub that only worked in 5 minute increments after finally getting it to work at all. By that time, the water was cold. Refrigerator had a weird timer on the rear of the thing and was packed full of dust! Last but not least, would you believe I had an ironing board without a cover or padding!?! I can say the only good experience I had was with the front desk staff. Very accommodating and very apologetic. Didn't have time to wait for a manager to request some sort of compensation. But they say a picture is worth a thousand words. Won't make this mistake again. Going back to the Holiday Inn which is right next door.

I like this hotel the people at the front desk are very friendly, the rooms are nice quiet spacious.
Breakfast is also good.
I did not have time to test the pool but would try it next time.
Now every time I go back to my client I come to sleep here.
Only small problem the water pressure in the shower but still you could wash ;-)

The hotel is in a good location just off I-55, plenty of parking and any food or shopping you want within a 2 minute drive. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. my two-room King Suite was clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and very quiet. It was also 40 DEGREES IN THE ROOM when I arrived at about 4 pm on a Sunday afternoon !!! FORTY - IN THE ROOM - NOT A TYPO !!! The temperature outside had been only up to about 20 degrees during the day, and closer to zero for several days before. Clearly the heat had not been on in this room for some time. WHY would you assign a guest a room that had the heat turned off ? I put the heat unit on 85 and left it cranking ... by the time I turned in it was about 60 degrees in the bedroom. By morning the entire suite was up to about 70. Inexcusable, and turned what would have been a 4 or 4 1/2 star rating into an awful, teeth-chattering experience.
