"Cheated Out Of Reward Points"

dlovesme24 on 30/06/2017 06:55

The hotel was ok as he was updating some of the rooms. I stayed there on June 21, 2017 and checked out the next day to go out of town. I came back to stay on the 23 for 2 nights. I asked if I could have a receipt from my stay on the 21 but they didn't put me in the computer system so it was no record found. Now the lady that told me this is the same lady that checked me in on the 21. Also when I checked in on the 23 they didn't put me in the computer system, it wasn't until I called Choice Customer Service the next day then he added me. Just be careful because if you like to get your point for your stay ask for a printed out receipt when they check you in not the lil card they write your information on. Choice only gave me some extra point but didn't make the owner Nick credit me for the missing stays...so I couldn't receive my reward for my 2 night stays. Will never stay here ever again or use the rewards program. Jessica that work at the front desk was awesome, the other two ladies had attitude problems!!!

One night stop

We stopped here for one night on our way to FL. The hotel is very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

When we went to our room- we rented one of only 2 suites... it was about 90 degrees in the room. The small room air conditioner had been off and wasn't doing a good job cooling the very large room. They were very helpful in trying accommodate us with fans etc...and the room did finally cool later that evening.

The pull out coach in the suite was very uncomfortable.

The breakfast was simple and not well stocked. The front desk worker was trying to fill the food but when she did, she filled it with very small amounts. While we were there she refilled the eggs a couple of times with enough for two or three servings.

Nasty Hotel

I stayed at this hotel on 1/1/17 to 1/3/17. At the end of my stay I found blood on my bed sheets that was large enough to be seen by housekeeping. Who ever made the bed thought they would be clever and hide the stain by tucking it under the mattress. I don't sleep with blankets tucked into the bottom of the bed. The first night I kicked out the blankets. The next day after I return from my grandfathers wake the bed was remade. I did the same thing the second night and kicked out the blankets. On the morning of checking out I was cleaning up my things. When I stay in a hotel I pull off all the blankets to ensure I did not forget anything. As I pulled on the comforter I noticed a decent size blood stain that was not of my own. I immediately felt sick to my stomach that my body came into contact with someone else's blood. There is no telling what blood borne pathogens were in that blood that I had laid in for not one but two nights! I have contacted choice requesting a full refund of my stay and they want me to get in contact with an owner who has no general manager while he/she is out of town. I have pictures to provide of this stain and I want this owner held responsible for the actions of his/her employees who let these things go unnoticed. If the blood contained any form of diseases there is a chance even in dried blood of contracting some form of disease. I will not settle this matter until I am given a full refund for my stay there. I am asking for a small amount compared the issues I will now face when I go to other hotels. I will now have to be very detailed before I even lay in another hotels bed because of this traumatic experience. I hope this hotel will do the right thing and refund my money as I am requesting.

Its a Quality Inn

We made reservations here because they were the ONLY place to accept our dog. When we arrived huge sign on front door said no pets. However, they did allow us to stay due to making our reservations a good month and a half prior and before the change in policy. We stayed in room 120 which was a king Jacuzzi suite. It looks like the tried to newly renovate room, but the AC had no knobs and only had option of full blast on or off. The mattress desperately needs replacing as well as the pillows. The room TV was ok, but we had issues with the remote. The front desk gave us another one but still had issues with changing channels and volume. The fridge is older and no way to adjust the temps so it froze our drinks. The microwave is a rather old one but reheated leftover pizza just fine. The breakfast is lacking! I went to dispense OJ and it burst out like it had crust stopping it and when I looked in cup after taking a sip and it had bugs in it. We did not eat anything else. Now that they do not accept dogs we will not be returning. It is a good effort to try and spruce up the place but still has a long way to go as the price for a night WITH military discount was $110 and $20 a night for the dog.The pet fee was also only accepted in CASH.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. The rooms had a very strong smell which my husband thought was from the cleaning the carpets. I rented 2 rooms and my sister in law rented 1 room, and they all had that smell. One of the rooms that I rented the carpet was wet and the bathroom ceiling was full of mold, and the pillows had mold on them. When I reported to front desk the clerk was VERY rude. My son spoke with 2 gentlemen as they were coming out of room with pillows laughing. There was nothing funny about this situation. I woke up in the middle of the night having problems breathing with my asthma, which is from the chemical smell. I reported them to the health department in Andalusia and they are supposed to go inspect everything out and get back with me later in the week. I will never stay at a quality inn ever again. I have tried to contact choice privileges but no one answers phone but I will continue till I do speak to someone. This is people's life that this mess affected.
