I was pleasantly surprised. I was in a recently renovated accessable room. freshly painted and very clean. employees were very helpful. looking for a hotel for event in December definitely book rooms in December , the hot breakfast was wonderful.

Should have kept looking

I should have walked out when I walked in the smell of smoke in the lobby hit me and as the employee at the front checked me in I watched the roaches crawl back and forth On the door frame. Upon entering the room first the smell second the moisture everything felt damp- the towels the sheets- the pillows. It was late and we were exhausted from traveling so a shower sleep then to hit the road in the morning well shower leaked all over and the quick fix when I went to the front desk was to just give me more towels to use to soak up the water!!!! There is also MOLD GROWING by the vent outside the bathroom!!! By morning we were woke up by an employee pounding on our door asking if we were checking out which we only reserved for one night so not sure why waking us up was necessary!! No rest, filthy room, mold growing, moisture problems and horrible smell! I was very very disappointed as I have used this hotel chain before and been quite satisfied. Total waste of money and risked our health not sure how these room pass health codes!

No clean rooms, bugs welcomed us!

I usually like to give locations the benefit of the doubt when reviewing. However this was an absolute mess from the beginning. Arrived on location at 7 p.m., was told that room was not ready, and there were no clean rooms to switch to. Came back at 8 p.m. and the room was finally "clean". Upon entering our room for the evening we were greeted by roaches on roaming the desk and desk chair. Also notices of few of his cousins on the bed. The room did not smell clean, but had a faint scent of cigarettes. The toilet never did completely shut off during our time, and the shower corners were missing trim or had mold. Overall this would rank as one of the bottom 5 hotels we have ever stayed at. Usually have reliable experiences with choice hotels. Much improvement needed.

Our family traveled from a variety of places for a funeral and reserved three rooms. The reservation process was easy and the checkin staff was professional and friendly. I wish I could remember the name of the young woman who handled our needs at the front desk - she was amazing. She was efficient, helpful, and offered us great suggestions on local restaurants and stores. The breakfast buffet was quite generous and tasty. Our rooms were clean and the beds reasonably comfortable.

Two of us checked in on Wednesday 3/29. Our rooms (122 and 125) were cleaned and beds made on 3/30; however, neither the coffee supplies nor shampoo/conditioner were replenished. Our third family member checked into room 142 on 3/30. None of our beds were made on 3/31 and none of our coffees or shampoos/conditioners were replenished on that day.

Overall the motel was decent and the breakfast good. Rating would have been higher if housekeeping service had been consistent.

The hotel was very nice as were the rooms. The swimming pool looked wonderful but we did not use it. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had and was included with the room. The room included fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable. We had a king size. The hotel clerk who checked us in was awesome. He was extremely busy, but very nice and accomadating. Will stay again. Please don't change. Have stayed in 3 other hotels in this town and it was by far the best.
