Good value, great location

Compared to our stay in another hotel in town earlier in our trip, this place is good deal. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. You couldn't have a better location, as you're literally on the plaza in El Centro, which we could see from our room.
The included continental breakfast buffet was very good. It included fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, Mexican pastries, bread (toaster available), cold cereals with milk, and plenty of decent coffee from the attentive servers. There is a hot buffet available for an additional fee, but it didn't look appealing enough to try.
Great hotel in excellent location

We stayed in the Quality Inn for three nights as American tourists. The quality of the hotel surpassed our experience with mid-priced chain hotels in the US.
Our room was on the 4th (top) floor overlooking Plaza de la Patria and the cathedral. We loved looking out our window at the Plaza and the skyline dotted with churches and templos. Hearing the church bells ringing and local live music was an extra-special touch. All outdoor noise ceased at 18:00. The room was quiet. The fourth floor has a very nice workout room across from the elevators.
The room (410) was clean and well appointed with a queen bed, bedside lamps/tables, a table with two chairs, dresser, two mirrors, and a desk. A bottle of water was provided for each of us daily. Bathroom was beautiful with all natural tile on walls, floor, and counter, and a glass walk in shower. Shampoo, soap, lotion, sewing kit, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board were provided. Shower, faucet, and toilet water pressure was good. Hot water was instant. Towels and sheets were freshly laundered and changed daily. Duvet was very cozy. Extra blankets and pillows were in the hall closet. Our only minor complaint was the bed, although nice and firm, might have been a bit too firm. Free WiFi worked well.
The lobby was beautiful and grand. Reception desk staff was very helpful. Knowing Spanish would help as very few people in Aguascalientes, including hotel and restaurant staff, speak English. The lobby opens up directly to the Plaza. Hotel elevators and restaurant were off the lobby. While standing about 50 feet outside of the building we were still able to use the hotel WiFi to request Uber.
The restaurant serves two different breakfast plans. The continental breakfast that comes free with the room includes all you can eat various cereals, juices/horchata, sliced breads, jams, a great assortment of fresh pastries (yum) or donuts, a variety of yogurt flavors, fresh cut up fruit (pineapple, papaya, cantelope), and coffee/tea. That worked out well for us. For an additional fee you can get made-to-order eggs and steam tray items that include 4-5 Mexican dishes. We choose not to purchase the extended breakfast since we would be eating many of those items for lunches and dinners in town.
The location of the hotel is perfect. Banks, restaurants, taxi pick up areas, tourist streets, and convenience stores (OXXO is like 7-11) are all within a block of the hotel. The Jardin de San Marcos, the municipal building (murals), the Museum of Death, the Posada Museum, the Triana district, restaurant San Antonio, and various food markets (Juarez, etc.) are all within easy walking distance. We always use caution when traveling, but we felt completely safe in the hotel and walking around town.
We highly recommend the Aguascalientes Quality Inn and would definitely stay there again.
Can't go wrng for that price!

Given that we only paid 900 pesos, including taxes and with the basic breakfast included, there is nothing to complain about. The location is excellent, the staff is friendly, bathroom and bed are good, WiFi works well.
The only thing i didn't like is that immediately outside our window, there was some sort of noisy machine, probably related to the air conditioning. Avoid room 323 if you can...
Love the Location!!!!!

This was my second time staying here. The location is wonderful. The views! I asked for a room on the top floor with views of the Plaza. Hearing the local musicians play below, as well as the church bells from across the way, just made my heart so happy. The new (to me) water & light features in the plaza was mesmerizing from above in my room and below walking around the entire plaza.
The service was great as before. Pay extra $ for the modest breakfast buffet. The free continental bfast is very limited.
The lobby is spacious with different sitting areas which can accommodate many different groups of people at a time.
I am hoping to return next year and plan to stay at Quality Inn Aguascalientes.
Great place to visit the fair.

This is a wonderful hotel in the city center. The breakfast does cost about $5.00 but is worth every penny. The staff was helpful, even with my lack of fluent Spanish. We requested a city view and got a balcony to boot. Wonderful wood and marble surroundings.
