Close to Ichnatucknee Falls where we go tubing down the river - about 1/2 hour away.! Best choice for this area. Right off I 75 so very convenient. Nice large pool. Clean and nice Motel. We will return next time in area.

Staff: Top notch, service minded and great service attitude
Room: Decent refurbish of old hotel...traces of age show through the finish in places. Bed comfortable. Typical of US motel design of the past 30 years. Colors boring and drab. Missing artwork from wall leaving a big void. Entry from common elevated walkway had our surrounding chain smokers and their work-boots outside killing what would be a fresh clean atmosphere.
Bath: Clean and modern except the tub faucet. Why remodel the entire bath and leave the old faucet in place?
Breakfast: Free and well balanced. Did need to twice make requests but they were fulfilled joyfully and quickly. They have waffles!
Front desk: Great service and manager was top notch and responsive to my feedback.
Problem we had but our friends did not, possibly because we requested an earlier checkin: We did not have any cups or glasses and did not notice we did not have but one towel until retiring. Also, we found a contact on the floor indicating the floor was not vacuumed.
Recommendation: This is probably the best place to stay in the area and the price is very reasonable. There is a nice pool and relaxation area in the back. I would request not to be placed near construction worker rooms (common for these type of hotels are those who are working transit jobs and stay here) if you want more privacy with your door open or dislike cigarette smoke.

First it is dated and what you would expect for the type of property and price. It is an excellent value with free breakfast and wifi. The location is perfect and the staff was exceptional! There was not a single employee who was not friendly, accomodating, and pleasant.

Yelling, screaming kids and adults, running around past 10pm. Running up and down upstairs rooms past 2am. People smoking outside room late at night. No sleep to be had!!! Room not off courtyard might be ok but I doubt it.

Amazing, clean pool. Terrific complimentary breakfast. Most of all- INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from Mical Barrett. We had car trouble and he made our stay pleasant and less stressful. He is one of those rare people that is just incredibly helpful and sooo kind. I wish every place we stay would have such a professional individual running things!
