Stayed at the motel for a couple nights while in Columbus to go to the zoo. Check in was easy and fast. The room was actually 2 rooms which was nice. One room was set up like a family area with sofa, chair, TV, microwave and frig. Both rooms had TV which made it nice so each of us could watch what we wanted and my husband didn't bother me with TV noise when I wanted to sleep. Bed was comfy but had those terrible small square pillows. Was nice having 2 sinks while trying to get ready in the mornings. Breakfast wasn't to bad but not the greatest. We checked in late and the guy at the desk wasn't much help in telling us someplace close to eat that was still open but got great directions from the lady the next morning on how to get to the zoo. Overall the motel could us some redoing and maintenance work. Doubt if we would stay again if in the area.

We stayed here to go to the Columbus Zoo, and were happy with the quality that we got for the price. Everything was clean. The room was fairly large. Breakfast was good (a bit tough for a vegan, but we managed).

The rooms were clean & quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very spacious as well especially for the money. They had recently updated the shower - very nicely done. The only complaints I have was the carpet in the hall on the 2nd floor was bunched up in the middle and caused a tripping hazard (not a throw rug - installed carpet), you had to call for someone at the front desk instead of having it staffed (could have just been a short-handed weekend tho) and evidently the staff cooks there and the smell permeated the whole hotel. I would stay there again.

we stayed in this hotel and we loved it..our room has 2 separate bedrooms,which we thought was neat,the beds were comfortable,but didn't care for the soft pillows,,but some may,,the room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed..

The only pros were on arriving at the hotel was in a nice area. The room had a very nice set up for my adult son and husband with separate sleeping areas and 2 separate tvs.
Cons: bring your ear plugs the walls are paper thin.
After traveling for almost 10hours all I wanted to do was get a good night sleep, well that didn't happen.
At 11:30 pm I called front desk to get someone to take care of the loud children.
At 12am I went down to down furious that no one had done anything -still nothing done about it. I get into an argument at 12:15 am with neighbors about the noise, kids, slamming doors, still nothing is done.
They finally shut up at 1:33 am. Then only to have dogs barking at 4am.
I've stayed at many hotels and have never had hotel staff ignore a noise complaint. Don't waste your money staying here
