This is one of the crown jewels of the Alleghenies. A nice, quiet, clean as a pin, and well run family owned motel that easily outpaces any of its competitors in the area.
On the eastern end of Breezewood, out of all the hustle and hubbub.
If you want a quiet, refreshing night's stay, with a really good free breakfast, and lots of friendliness and great conversation from the owners, stay here.
It's often like staying in the home of a close relative. I've never felt this welcome anywhere.

This place is family run and they make you feel like family. Breakfast is nothing great but it will get you started. Loved the hot waffles but if the hotel was really booked not much room to sit and eat. Rooms are very clean and good size just wish the handicapped room had a walk in shower.

Stayed here last October and loved it. Stayed again this October on our way to Virginia and again on our way back later in the week. Both check ins were friendly and easy - the first night with Sharon and the second with the General Manager (name escapes me). Exceptionally clean large room with two queens. Windows in front and in back of room. Nice large, clean bathroom as well. Only recommendation would be a curved shower rod. Refrigerator and microwave - nice upgrade as we did not have either one last year. Very quiet considering the proximity to Interstates 70 & 76. The weather was unseasonably warm our first night. We were able to sit in the chairs provided outside our room door. Beautiful mountain views. So nice to have a clean, safe drive up to your door motel. Breakfast offerings were fine for us - nothing exceptional, but good. Will stay again if in the area.

Clean room with comfortable beds. Room is throwback to the 60's with pink tub and gray tile in bathroom. Well kept facility and nice to stay in room where there is a window both at the front and the back of your room plus one in the bathroom. Single floor rooms are super quiet with parking in front of the rooms. WIFI worked great and breakfast is typical for Quality Inns--waffle maker, pastries, eggs, sausage, fruit, breads and cereal, etc.. Only a few tables with more outside if weather is nice or you can take breakfast on tray to your room and eat at the table and chairs there. We like that this is a NO DOG facility!!
Only negatives....Towels are poor quality for the price of the room and the shower head in Room 128 needs to be replaced.

Clean. Comfortable. My wife used the word charming. It is a little old but all the furniture, inside and out seemed to be new. The chairs outside the room offered beautifull views. A small but good breakfast and very pleasant people working the desk and breakfast. I only remember Jodie and Sharon. Highly recommend.
