This is our "Go To" place to stay when visiting wine country. We normally visit Santa Ynez Valley three times a year in conjunction with winery events. It is close, easy to get to and centrally located to the wine country, Solvang and Buellton. We normally come Sunday through Monday as the crowds are less and the hotel pricing is excellent. The reservation and check in process is seamless and the staff so welcoming. The hotel is very well decorated and the rooms are spacious enough and very clean and comforting. Then there is the yummy breakfast in the morning. It's a great way to wake up and get ready to hit the road again. The only concern I have is that the front steps to the hotel can be a little daunting. I believe there may be another way into the hotel? All in all . . . can't wait to come back.

Aaron was very helpful with our stay. Answered all of our questions and made it possible for the room we needed. Property very clean and breakfast was good and included. We will stay here again if in the Buellton area.

The staff were super friendly, professional, well mannered. The hotel lobby and breakfast room were lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. The work center room, with the computer access..was very nice, fast internet and PRINTERS! Super helpful in planing our next day road trip. The Little town was adorable. Will stay here for sure if every back in the area. Also have a coin washer and dryer available. I didn't use it but it looked clean and in good shape. Located on an easy little side street that has a median in the middle. Easy to get to off the freeway. We also ate at Mothers Hubbards about 2 blocks down and it was very good. Easy walking around the little town area. 2 women alone and we felt very safe walking around and at the hotel. One thing...rooms on the east side are next to the freeway...we always travel with ear plugs but could be an issue for some.

After driving all day and having a complication with another property, we pulled into the Quality Inn. Representative was very nice. We were able to spend the night and got a very good rate for not having a reservation. Room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was great. Very good selection. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay. The hotel had easy access to the 101, friendly staff and good hot breakfast.
Near the highway but I didn't hear the traffic. The house keeping staff was nice.
Real enjoyed staying here.
