There is nothing good to say about the rooms -we did not interact much with the staff and the one time we did was not bad. The rooms were doubtfully clean -a dead roach in the corner of the closet gives you an idea-, the same amount of dust in the hallway night after night, no working hair dryer or failing lights.
We checked out as soon as we were able to. This was a business trip and we stayed at work as late as we could to avoid going to the hotel. No breakfast but it is probably better that way.

Checked in late and didn't inspect my room. Tossed my bag in the floor and climbed into bed. Got up this morning to discover that one of the pillows (luckily not the one I had slept on) had black nastiness all over it and the chair in the corner was stained / filthy.
The morning staff at th front desk was rude.
No breakfast available and staff attitude when I called was how dare you ask about breakfast.

My stay here lasted about 30 minuets as we packed up right after we found a bug in the bed, the smoke detector was taken out prior to our stay, and all the exit doors were locked. The hotel hall and our room smelled like smoke and in general felt like it was out of a horror movie!

Stayed here as it was one of the more reasonable dog friendly motels in Burlington. I'm not sure why there have been so many poor reviews of this place. A bit dated perhaps and frayed around the edges but it was convenient, reasonably priced, safe (interior rooms) and the room itself was spacious.
More than adequate for a place to sleep on the road with Fido.

I have been a guest at the Red Roof inn during a job relocation and we have nothing but good things to say about the rooms and the staff. The front desk staff and housekeepers have been wonderful. We get service every morning early and the housekeepers know what we want without even asking. The rooms are kept clean and they are very large and roomy. The front desk staff is very attentive and we were surprised the rooms include a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. My iron didnt heat well and the front desk immediately replaced it. The kids love the pool and I love the convenience to local shopping, restaurants and the highway. Best quality, location and you cant be the wifi included with the rooms. It covers all devices not just one. Definitely a 10!
