Typically, rooms aren't rented until remodeling is finished. The room we rented had a new- style square sink, sitting on top of the counter. The towels were rolled up and stuck out of a box built in beneath the sink. There were no towels racks or bars in the bathroom. The tissue holder was just about out of reach of the commode. The bathroom fan did not work. Toilet seat was loose.
The room was noisy. At 8:30 a.m. It sounded like a plane taking off. There was a lot of construction in the hallways to step over on the way to the mexican restaurant.

We were traveling back home to Ohio from visiting the west. I was getting tired driving on I-70 thru Kansas. We booked the room on line, site unseen. Our room was clean and newly appointed. But, the rest of the facility is trashy, unkempt, disrepair, littered...what else can I say. I’m somewhat shocked that Quality Courts would allow there name to be attached to such a run down looking property. I’ve seen property being remodeled, but it looks organized and respects the guests. Advise inspecting property before booking.

We needed a room after 12 hours on the road. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast had plenty of choices. The large sign outside wasn't lit up, so we almost drove past it. It is a good place for the night

This is a motel in transition. It is big with amenities you usually don't find in budget motels. Indoor pool, conference rooms, onsite restaurant, etc. Now everything is run down with work underway to fix it up. PROS: our room freshly painted, new everything inside, clean. CONS: smoke alarm hanging off the wall, busted security chain, bathroom vent broken. Cracked concrete and plaster everywhere outside. Poor breakfast service with broken appliances. BUT it is a convenient location to I70.
I would check later reviews for current conditions before booking.

this was a nice place (and the only place that weekend). there was a show of some sort in town and all the rooms were booked. I felt lucky to find this one for my wife and I. the people were friendly, polite and directed us to a Mexican restaurant next door that turned out to be excellent ! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
