mksmillieon 28/10/2017 19:34This is a very comfortable hotel with many restaurants and businesses in walking distance. It is clean and comfortable and best of all has an absolutely wonderful staff. We always stay here when passing through Bellingham. 💜
Terrible, smelly, gross, rude, unapologetic
Jason Von 04/10/2017 01:05The rooms were disgusting. They offered me to change rooms, the second one was still gross. The general manager Kyle was very rude and made no apologies for the condition of the hotel. I even called Choice hotels customer service and there was nothing they could do - so forget ALL choice hotels. They wouldn't refund me so I paid the $70 and walked right out of there.

Can hear everything the neighbours above us and beside us are doing :-( Room smells very musty. Carpets are completely stained and dirty. What looks like blood on the curtains. Fridge door cannot shut due to ice accumulation in freezer. I mean come on Quality Inn Grand Suites and this is what you present to your paying customers. Not-so-grand
Friendly Staff and good value
bigH4810on 02/10/2017 00:02Stayed here two night last week. Both arrivals went vey smooth and efficiently. Kevin was on duty both time.
All rooms that i had were king size beds with sofa, two tvs. Fridges and hub form electronic charging. Wifi worked very well and wears fast. Yes I would stay there again.
Thieves employed here
magic2uuon 15/09/2017 18:07Stayed 3 nights. Left my Chrome Cast streaming device in the TV. When I called and asked if it had been found the answer was no. The hotel staff was supposed to call me back and never did. I spoke to the hotel manager Kyle and he was very rude and not ANY help. When I told him I was going to post my review on Trip Advisor and Facebook he HUNG up on me! I called back and asked him what he said to me before he HUNG up on me and he said, "Don't ever call back here again". DON"T stay here and I'll make sure none of my friends and relatives don't do business at this hotel!!
