Double check your bank account

We stayed at this hotel over the summer for a wedding in the area. It was a terrible experience before we even got to this hotel. I checked online to see what was available before calling to book. Online showed there were multiple rooms available of all different sizes. When I called the hotel to book with the wedding group rate, I was told there were no rooms left available in the entire hotel. I explained to the hotel employee that their website was stating otherwise. He told me to try to book the room listed online. I asked him if he could apply the wedding group rate and he said he could not do that for the online booking (which was the only option). He told me to call back in the morning and the manager could apply to discount to the room I booked online. When I called in the morning, the manager stated she had to cancel the reservation I booked online and she would book the room herself with the group rate applied (which I was told the night before there were no rooms). The stay at the hotel was okay but nothing great. I checked my bank account a few days after we left the hotel and noticed there was a charge that had gone through on my account and another full charge that was pending. I called the hotel and explained the situation, I was told that it was a security charge but would fall off in a few days. The next day, the second charge had gone through. I called the hotel back and she told me she could not see a second charge. I asked to speak with the manager and she told me he would be in the next day and to call back. I called back the next day, no manager. I continued to call over the course of almost 2 weeks, never once being connected with a "manager." The hotel repeatedly told me I was being refunded but instead they charged my card every time I called for a refund and never actually processed a refund. I continued to call the hotel to resolve the issue, they were rude and unhelpful and even hung up on me and then would not answer my calls. I called the corporate office who could also not help me; they stated the hotels are individually run and any refund would need to come from the manager at the hotel. So almost 2 weeks later and 4 full charges on my card for a hotel room we stayed in 1 night, I was refund my money. The refunds were ultimately processed by the female receptionist I spoke with multiple times who informed me she could not help me, the manager was the only one that could refund charges. The original second charged I had was from an empty room within the wedding group rate (I wonder how many other people they have done this to and it's gone unnoticed). This was the worst experience I have ever had and I would never recommend anyone stay at this hotel.
Monday after a full weekend...

We weren't crazy that the room wasn't quite ready ( It was a Monday ) but the front desk told us they were just coming off a full weekend (this in Niagara Falls area) so all is forgiven. The shower area was clean but the tile was pretty sorry looking. Small bathroom. Breakfast area OK. Elevator STANK.
Really Good Stay

This property is sandwiched between a Hampton, which is closest to the street, and a Super 8, which is behind. But it works. There is ample parking for all. The lobby is spacious and modern looking and very clean. There is an indoor pool and exercise room which we didn't use. The morning was nice enough to take a walk outside. The surrounding neighborhood is pleasant and seemed safe. The room was a good size and very quiet. The only thing we noticed is that the water pressure was low and you really had to hold down the toilet handle for it to flush. The tv reception wasn't great and there were limited channels. But for the price we can't complain. Breakfast was standard fare, albeit free! Every employee we interacted with was extremely nice. Would definitely stay here again!
Nice overnight stay

My husband & I stayed here while attending the Holiday Craft show at the Hamburg Fairgrounds. It was easy to find-right off the highway. The hotel & the room was very clean. The bed was comfy. The staff was helpful when we asked about nearby restaurants.
Filthy hotel

This was a last minute booking 1 night stay for 5(2 Adults and 3 kids). An overnight stop on our trip to Florida. We had only 2 hotels to choose from at this time.We had 3 main requests:1.We needed 2 queen beds.2.Truly clean room and bathroom.3.Free breakfast.First two requests failed.
We booked the hotel through site Hotel.com
Posting for another hotel was saying that it has 2 double beds in the room.So we decided in favour of Quality Inn,because the advertising was saying it has a room with two queen beds.
This was a lie!!!We discovered it when arrived and got into the room, but it was to late for us to start looking for something else,we were too tired to start fighting with the front desk.By the way when we got our key the girl at the front desk confirmed that the room has queen beds.So it's not the site mistake,it's the lie!
Now,about cleanliness There's none.It's dirty!
There was dust everywhere in the room, carpet looked like barely have been vacuumed ,small pieces of all kind of trash.Armchair had a huge suspicious spot on its upholstery.Bathroom wasn't any better.Toilet sit wasn't clean at all. There was a looking like urine spots!Fortunately,I had sanitizing wipes ,so I was able to clean it,at 1:30 am in the morning!Black long hair was everywhere,in the bathtub,on the bed.
Mattress of the bed had nasty smell .I was trying to sleep on my tummy with no pillow,so my face was very close to the mattress and I couldn't sleep because of that yucky smell.Needless to say that sleeping myself with two kids ages 8 and 5 on double bed wasn't comfortable at all.
Breakfast was OK,it's an usual standard breakfast for this sort of hotel .
My advice, don't stay in this place unless you don't have a choice or you don't have a problem with this types of issues.
