This motel was amazing! The staff where super friendly and very accommodating! The bed was the closest bed that I had traveling that was like my own bed at home! Meals from restaurant where beautiful as well!! Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if ever traveling through Mackay again!

I stayed at the Quality Inn Marco Polo on 31 Janurary 2017. Upon checking in, I met Tracy and Robert, on site property managers. They were so pleasant and helpful. I am a very tall fellow so Tracy provided me with king size bed.....BEST nights rest of my 17 day trip!!!!!!! The accommodations were top notch.....was even able to stand under the shower head without bending over. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again if my 2 month stay in Australia allows it. Thanks Tracy and Robert for your Australian hospitality.

i stayed here with my family for 5 nights, this place booked from the outside and online not much dis-similar to the other hotel/motels but after we checked we had discovered the rooms were all FULLY RENOVATED and a good size with new bathroom, new AC, new furniture and a VERY comfortable king size bed that is comparable to the Sheraton as i am their elite member so i know their beds well.
The pool was nice which the children loved, nice way to cool down.
We ate at the resturant most days which we found the food were nice
We will diffidently be back next time we are in Mackay.

This is a good motel to stay at if you just need somewhere to sleep. The rooms are well priced, comfortable and clean. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are air conditioned and the shower was quite good. This is a good basic room at an affordable price.

We googled the best steak in Mackay when we overnighted there. This place certainly lived up to expectations. The steak was devine, the decor suited the Italian theme. Except for the bar area which had two wall art displays which cheapened that area. The lady who served us was lovely and friendly.
