We spent 2 nights at this motel while we were in a sinorama tour to the big apple. Rooms were small but clean even if the building is old. We had the breakfast included but it was really not impressive. Not many choices... but it did the job

My family and I stayed here from Friday to Sunday. We couldn't connect to the wifi the entire time. The employees were not helpful about the situation either.. Used data on our phones the entire weekend.. The breakfast was Ok.. The room had ants in it. The pool was good too. The cable channels they offer were horrible not kid friendly at all.. Will not stay here again

We were attending a family wedding, and my family had 7 to 8 rooms booked at this hotel, all of which were on the first floor.
Our particular room was just okay, not great. The air conditioner was not working properly, blowing room temperature air out of the vent (which was a little dusty). The smoke alarm for some reason was disconnected when we came in, and we never bothered with it.
For some reason, there was a consistent sound coming through the pipes or something that sounded like someone hammering. It felt like it was something with the plumbing from the second floor. My parents had a room next door to us, and they also heard the same sound, and ended up switching rooms.
I don't like hotels that are built with a pool centered around it like a courtyard. I am not a fan of hotel pools at all.
The breakfast was just "meh". Nothing special about it. When you check-in, the front desk gives you vouchers/tickets for the breakfast buffet, but there was no one checking for the vouchers at all. I didn't understand that system, especially when it was complimentary breakfast.
We stayed in this hotel mainly because the rest of our family was staying in this hotel, but honestly, if you can muster up a little more money, you'd probably have a more comfortable stay at the Courtyard by Marriott right across the street from here.
Oh yeah: The second floor is only accessible by stairs.

Incredibly disgusted by the front desk agent Jesenia. It is so unfortunate because the rest of my stay was pretty decent, but this lady have the guts to call you names right in front of your face in English AND in Spanish. At least have the decency to do it behind my back...jesus. Does absolutely no effort to make your stay enjoyable. Does not smile. Incredibly impolite. The front desk agent is the person that gives customers their first impression of the hotel....it is so important to train them correctly.

My family stayed here July 29. The hotel staff was very friendly. No issues whatsoever. Room was extremely clean. There is s bus stop on the corner which takes you straight to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in downtown NYC. It was only $9 round trip. Well worth it since the Lincoln Tunnel is $15 each way when driving. Buses run all night too.
The hotel offers breakfast but we slept through it.
