Stayed here for one night on my points for free. Let me start by stating if I had paid I would have gotten a refund and found another place to stay. The place was dirty and I mean dirty! There was urine spots on the toilet seat, under the seat, on the rim and dripping down the toilet. It was dried up and had been there for quite sometime. There were hairs and dirt on the bathroom floor and it hadn't seen a broom or mop in ages. The carpets needed to be vacuumed and I could go on and on. You had to hold the toilet handle down to flush the toilet, the hairdryer didn't work, there was a short in the ceiling light and when you took a shower you got a bath, too because the tub drain was backed up. Spoke to the manager about the issues in the morning and he told me the room had be vacant for sometime. He informed the girl at the front desk to have the room deep cleaned. Why didn't he have that done BEFORE we stayed there? I made the reservations in advance. On a positive note, they are remodeling the units and it looked like the carpet was newer in this room. With that said I would not stay here again.

Room seemed dirty & smelled funny. Next morning I caught a bug crawling on the bed. Looked around some more and found bedbug signs on a lampshade and on the mattress. Reported it. They don't care. Went home and several weeks later have an infestation at home. OMG Awful experience. Expensive to eradicate too.

I agree with other reviews about uncleanliness. I did not have time to review ratings and figured not the cheapest or most expensive in area...so we booked. We walked in mirror dirty, restroom floor with dead bug and hairs...bath towels not white, but gray. So the hotel itself is a little old, but they have decent furniture, tv, beds(comfortable) room arrangement...nice....but it's not cleaned thoroughly. Very dusty and trash in drawers and side of night stands...they must not move to vacum. The pool area is very nice, but again surroundings dirty...cigarette buds, even on floor...my little one stepped on one....yukky. Anyways it would really be decent and worth the $80 per night paid, if it was cleaner.

The towels in this hotel have been used more than an outdoor toilet. My room was not clean. The kitchen area is under construction. The place does not a clean look and feel. The bathroom is very outdated.

Lobby was filthy, looked like the floor it had not been swept in weeks . Counter help was very friendly. My room was better then expected after seeing the lobby. Was told there would be NO comp breakfast as there were not enough customers. Will not stay again.
