Amazing service!!!
Janet Bon 06/11/2017 18:32This past weekend we had to make a last minute trip from out of town, 2 hours away. My best friends mother I've known for over 30 years fell ill suddenly and was rushed to the hospital, her prognosis terminal. There was 5 of us and were all emotionally and physically drained. We convinced her to stay in town rather than drive 30 minutes away to stay at her moms as she was also from out of town. Once we arrived we were immediately given 3 rooms beside each other and with connecting doors. A wonderful man named BT not only gave us a hospital discount but he provided us with care packages of water, toothbrush, deodorant and snacks. Things that my friend desperately needed as she didn't pack anything other than what she was wearing. The service and understanding was outstanding!! It was hard dealing with what was happening and having those little extras made everything a bit easier on us. Thank you for being so caring and helpful. It made all the difference in a difficult situation
Hockey tournament

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly.
It was a bit noisy on Saturday night, I heard the next day a guest were escorted out by the police. The breakfast was good. A few protein choices: eggs, one warm and other hard boiled. We had bacon, ham and sausage on different days.
The location is great. 5 minutes to the 3 rinks we played at. Near a lot of restaurants. The tv was small, and internet speed was reasonable.
There are not a lot of choices in Peterborough, so most likely will be staying here again. Hopefully they change the types of cleaning solutions to something less smelly
Not Impressed
byeyetoolmanon 23/10/2017 13:46Stayed there Oct 21/17, after a long day of driving. There was a hockey tournament staying there. There were kids running up and down the hallways, playing football in the parking lot until after 11:30 pm, bouncing the ball off other customers’ vehicles & hooting & hollering. Parents weren’t any better - talking loud in halls & rooms. The hotel should notify guests of hockey tournaments at the hotel at the time of booking.
Paid for queen bed, but bed was no queen & uncomfortable. Room smelled dusty & what looked like dog hair on rug. No light by desk.
Will definitely stay elsewhere
Decent room, a bit noisy
Karen Mon 22/10/2017 14:12The room itself was spacious and clean, with good water pressure and hot water. The hotel was a bit noisy with kids (and parents) from a hockey tournament. The rest of the hotel needs a bit of a reno. For example, the carpet in the halls needs to be replaced etc. The day time front desk people were nice, and helpful.
At night, there should be a light on in their rear parking lot for safety reasons.
Good location, about a 5 min drive to downtown Peterborough.
In a good place for dinner.
Simon Son 10/10/2017 18:34This was a rather shabby hotel. Even the breakfast was sub standard. In was good for walking to places to eat.The cleaning smells we’re off putting . My suggestion would be try one of its competitors., and there are plenty of them.
