I don't think I ever gave two stars yet.... Second star was only because front desk staff was really nice. Got first room, stained carpets.... i mean just awful. I travel in Quebec and throughout world, it is the first time I ever asked to change rooms. I told front desk about the very stained carpets in my room and she told me " I know, most rooms are like that" ..... really? Third room was ....well better. Notice pet friendly hotel...hummm. Will not go back again. Do not face highway! Old windows will make you feel like you are sleeping on shoulder.

I just stayed here for a few days and while the hotel needs some updating, I thought it was fine. It was clean and my actual stay was pleasant. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has a hot breakfast which is sufficient. In terms of location, this hotel is not in the downtown, but it us only a 10 or 15 min drive from all the attractions. It's right next to a large mall and there are some restaurants nearby, though you may have to drive to a few. Again, not a bad place to stay.

The check-in was nice and easy, and the room was available before the check-in time. Unfortunately, the hotel had not received my special request, but was able to switch rooms to accommodate.
The room was clean, but the bathroom sink had some rust on the bottom. It was however very noisy, and not from outside noise, but from the air conditioning and heating system. Other guests heard the same thing all night. Very hard to get some sleep when you hear the HVAC system start every hour!
Bad surprise at breakfast: we get to the breakfast area at 8:30am on a Sunday and there is a HUGE line-up. Also, not much space to sit. People were grabbing something quick and eating in their room. Seems the bottleneck was the waffle maker (there is only one) and it takes 2.5 minutes to make one. Would be nice to have some Pam since the waffles were constantly sticking to the pan.
All the staff was very polite, helpful, and smiling.

Not easy to find, considering Ville Quebec traffic patterns, but a very nice hotel with beautiful suites. Two rooms, two TVs, very large with plenty of closet space and soft chairs. A/C through ventilation system.
Staff very courteous, convenient parking. Excellent internet, good bilingual TV selection.
Hot breakfast not much - pre-formed egg and sausage patties.
Altogether a very comfortable, well-appointed experience.

I was told I had a non smoking suite..the hotel has intermingled smoking and non smoking rooms. The hotel was tired...carpeting dirty. My toilet had a constantly running water flow. We could smell smoke and then noticed ashtrays in the room. I complained at the desk and they blamed the comfort suites booking system...suggested we should have called directly. Breakfast was marginal. Probably the worst Quality inn suites I have ever stayed in.
