very well presented apartments and close to amenities around the town. Room and facilities are readily available. Parking can be a problematic late at nights as restaurant patrons kept genuine apartments guests cars out.

The rooms are spacious and attractive. Early morning delivery vans can create some noise if the bedroom window is open. The location is excellent. Manhattans restaurant downstairs has top-class food and service.

As above, as I said before. Average to Very Good is a big gap. What happened to "Good"
Hallways need repainting and new carpet. Light globes in the apartments need up grading to a warm globe. Do not use the dull grey globes, awful.

I booked an executive room to have a nice balcony so we could sit out on it and enjoy the view and ourselves. I asked for a room close to the lift as my husband is not a healthy man and cannot walk long distances.
The room we got allocated was the furthest possible from the lift...and to make matters worse the key we had been allocated did not work so we had to go all the way back to have it fixed. On entering the room it smelt like either animals or smoke to the point it made me gag. The balcony was so small and it had two not one but two air conditioning units on it and l looked straight into the carpark. After a bit of upset between my husband and l, l went back down stairs again and spoke to Staff who told me there was not notes about close to the lift and the room we had was definitely an Executive room l couldn't believe it. Eventually he moved us to a forth floor room that was a lot more acceptable but the weekend away from our 15 grandchildren baby sitting duties was spoilt. Quest apartments l would usually say yes stay there but this property is not good or was not when l was there.

Fantastic hotel, with friendly staff and an easy check in/check out procedure. Room cleanliness was excellent. The facilities provided exceeded expectations and the location was central to local services and amenities.
