For a family facing difficult circumstances, the staff were friendly and very obliging for which we were grateful.Conveniently situated near shops,cafes,restaurants and public transport (we arrived by train from the country) the location was ideal.

One of the nicest accommodations I have stayed in.
Very central to restaurants and shopping mall.
Room catered for everything.
Very comfortable bed, apartment was clean and tidy.
Having a balcony was a bonus.

good location and overall stay, staff need to communicate more and the quality of the beds were either damaged or not the best.
Rooms were spacious and ample amount of secure carpark. Staff were pleasant

The Quest on Cheltenham is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The self contained units are furnished well and have everything you need. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Whilst there is no dining, there is an IGA right next door and most of the restaurants along the street accept charge backs. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it highly.

The apartment had all we needed for our week long stay. Close to trains and a little supermarket just a few doors down the road. Staff were friendly, apartment was clean and serviced daily (except Sundays). Beautiful high pressure shower and clean bathroom. A nice comfy King size bed after busy days exploring Melbourne.
