We picked this hotel for its ease of moving around Launceston it did not disappoint.
We had a top room studio without a view which was disappointing. The WiFi was hit and miss unless you where prepared to sit on the flight of stairs that led up to your accommodation.
We didn’t touch the mini bar because of the high prices charged.
The receptionist Nikia couldn’t have been more helpful.
We parked the car in the car park across the road which was extremely helpful.

The studio room at the top of the property was an amazing view.
In Room 502B is great but the stairs up to the room are not for the dodgy knees or the person with a lot of luggage as the stairs are steep. but well worth it.

Had all the requirements for a nights accommodation, kitchenette and very close to all the attractions and clean. A room at the rear of the hotel would have been better. Hoons were doing laps of the block though the night. Not the hotels fault but double glazed windows should be fitted for a hotel in town.

On arrival we couldn't pull up out the front as there is only 1, 5 min park so had to drive around the block to find a paid parking spot and walk to reception. There is a pay parking station across the Road which we accessed after checking in. It is free between 3.30pm till 10am if you get your ticket validated at reception.
Lovely old building. Room was decent enough with kitchen and laundry facilities in bathroom. Terrible smell coming from bathroom floor drain. Girls friendly on reception. You can get breakfast in the cafe next door.

Quest was a great venue for us as we had a wedding and the rooms were good size for girls to get ready. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and tidy. Highly recommend staying at Quest Hotel while in Launceston
