This hotel is more than we expected. It is actually an apartment with living room, kitchen, bed and bath and there is even an WASHER and DRYER! The front desk woman, Simone, was extremely nice and helpful.

Had a 3 night stay at this hotel and found it again to be very pleasant and comfortable.
Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, my room was still in as new condition and presented in a perfectly clean condition.
The good points:
- Air conditioning worked well to cool the room
- Nice kitchen with microwave to make breakfast
- Easy hotel to come and go as you please
- Shower pressure good with ample hot water
Down sides:
- Curtains aren't quite long enough to cover the window fully so light comes in around the edge of the window and street lighting glows directly onto the bed.
- The room is a little dark due to a large tree outside the window which resists light flow (the tree is pretty so its a bit of a good and bad point).
Overall a very nice hotel and recommended.

Lovely quiet appartments located opposite Victoria Park in the city. Twin beds for my daughter and I were difficult to find but Quest could accomodate us. Immaculately clean and great facilities. No windows to open for fresh air so room was quite stuffy but heat pump work to solve this issue. Many thanks.

Definitely will be staying here again. Was worried it would be noisy but it was so quiet. Very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed having a kitchen to make breakfast and a coffee. Staff were very lovely and accommodating.

My partner and I just moved to New Zealand. Until we've found a house, the plan was to stay a Quest Service apartment.
First of all, the apartment is clean and the service comes once a day to clean the room. There is a little kitchen with fridge and freezer and the bathroom offers washer and dryer. The location is very central, so you don't need a car necessarily.
Now the downside of the apartment:
1. there are no windows you can open. If you don't like sleeping with a running air condition, you just wanna open a window but there is no opportunity to have fresh air in the room. The air condition has also an "interesting" smell.
2. The design of the room is quite unfortunate, if you plan to stay longer: there is no sofa. Only chairs, but nothing really comfortable. It's rather a hotel room with a little kitchen, than an apartment.
3. The dryer blows the moist air into the bathroom with all the fluff from the laundry. That is a really bad construction.
4. You can't cook in this apartment. Well, you can, but it will smell forever. With no windows to open und this little fan above the oven you cannot really talk about cooking unless you would like to have a stinky room.
5. Sometimes it's quite noisy due to the thin windows.
We decided to move out and book an Airbnb with windows to open, a sofa to relax and a real kitchen where you can cook.
Very disappointing.
