Enjoyed the brief stay, afternoon and night; good facilities for a short stay. Clean room, access upstairs is a bit up and down. Can be difficult lugging heavy luggage. Clean room and quiet atmosphere. easy access to city.

We hired the Vine Room for a team strategy day. The room is very suitable & comfortable. Catering was fresh and catered to the special dietary requirements of all our attendees. The timing of delivery for breaks was as scheduled. Minor issue - the coffee machine provided offered a "mug size", however there were only cups available.

Very central location for our business seminar Amenities were very clean customer service was very good. Surrounds were very tide and noise levels excellent in regards to traffic.Room space was excellent would recommend the quest again

I had a very pleasant stay ,the facility was perfectly located for my business trip and ideally situated close to the Doncaster hotel which was very convenient for a relaxing meal at the end of the day and the credit charge back capability was very handy making it a no stress stay.
The room was ideal for my needs and was maintained to a very high standard that you could not fault and all contact with the Quest staff was very polite and accommodating and i would not hesitate to recommend the Quest . Regards

Paid $199 per night over Melbourne Cup weekend, despite not travelling for that purpose. An elevator would have been nice as I was on the first floor. No room service and in-room provisions pricey. There’s an option for groceries to be supplied to room, but didn’t use this. Cooking utensils good. Foxtel and wifi included. Nice big king bed, couch and desk with chair, plus small dining table. The lady next to me was staying some months for an insurance claim on her house and the room had all she needed for the extended stay. Overall, very nice. I would return again but would hope for a cheaper rate.
