A great night stay for our concert in the park. Quick check in and bed and pillows were very comfy. Car parks very tight. View from room was ordinary, overlooking other apartments. Would return again.

Very close to Melbourne royal botanical gardens, quiet street, nice cafes close by trams half a block away, easy to find, value car parking with wide spaces, totally recommended, never stayed in a bad quest hotel yet.

Stayed here as a concert was on at Botanical Gardens. A great spot and well appointed appartment with plenty of eateries around. Car park was at a reasonable rate . Will likely stay here again . Clean room and welcoming staff. Many thanks.

My stay was probably the best accommodation experience I've had in a long time, the Staff were friendly and very helpful. The apartment was excellent, and it was a great location close to everything. will definitely stay here again.

We chose to stay here due to its proximity to the Sidney Myer music bowl for an evening concert. The location is great for that purpose. The Garden View room does have a view over the Shrine of Rememberance, but perhaps leave the curtains closed until nightfall as the view over the plant and remaining rooftops during the day is a large detraction from the view.
Staff were great and very helpful, the room was good in size, with a queen bed (not our usual selection) in a seperate bedroom. The room has a seperate kitchen area, with full size fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, so would be great for longer stays if your into cooking or need to do washing etc. Unfortunately I'm not sure if it was the kitchen, or what, but the room had a very unfortunate odour (somewhere between raw meat and cooking smell). There is a good size balcony however there are no screens on the door or window, which might explain why there were so many moths in the room (we got rid of 2 before going out, when we came back there were 3 more (with doors closed). The bathroom was adequate but did have a shower over bath. The room was reasonably clean, but a close inspection revealed build up of dirt around doorframes (like the cleaners dont remove the vacuum head) and the bathroom tiles appeared to be showing mould growth - or some dark patches on the grout).If you like a dark room in the mornings, this isnt the room for you. With full floor to ceiling windows and doors, and 4 seperate blinds, the amount of light at 6.30am was enough to get us out of bed. Overall, it was reasonable for the price, a plus was that the room has its own individual aircon system so that you can control your own temperature.
